Long Draw Campground
     

     Long Draw Campground is located about nine miles east of Highway 14 on the Long Draw Road at an elevation of 10,030 feet. The campground is situated in a dense stand of spruce and lodgepole pine. There are 25 sites in the campground. Twenty one are suitable for RV camping and four are more suitable for tents. Most of the sites are heavily wooded. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring or grate. The maximum vehicle length that can be accommodated is 30 feet.
     The roads through the campground are dirt. There is one water hydrant and two restrooms. Both of the restrooms will accommodate disabled persons. Reservations are not accepted for campsites in this campground. The season for this campground normally runs from July through November, depending on the weather.

Activities:
FISHING: Fishing for trout is available in Long Draw Reservoir, La Poudre Pass Creek, and Corral Creek.

HIKING: Hiking is available on the nearby Corral Creek and Poudre River trails.

BOATING: Non motorized boats are permitted in Long Draw Reservoir.

Directions:
     Take Highway 287 north from Fort Collins to Laporte. Continue on Highway 287 to Highway 14. Travel west on 14 for 52 miles to the Long Draw Road. Turn left and travel 10 miles to the campground. The campground is on the left side of the road.
