Grand View Campground
     

     Grand View Campground is located about 11 miles on the Long Draw Road at an elevation of 10,220 feet. The campground is situated in an open meadow with scattered spruce and lodgepole pine trees. There are eight sites in the campground. All of the sites are tent sites only. All of the sites have some shade. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring or grate.
     The roads through the campground are dirt. There is one water hydrant and one restroom that will accommodate disabled persons. Reservations are not accepted for this campground. The season for this campground normally runs from July through November, depending on the weather. Check with the Forest Service for the current fees.

Activities:
FISHING: Fishing for trout is available in Long Draw Reservoir, La Poudre Pass Creek, and Corral Creek.

HIKING: Hiking is available on the nearby Corral Creek and Poudre River trails.

BOATING: Non motorized boats are permitted in Long Draw Reservoir.

Directions:
     
Take Highway 287 north from Fort Collins to Laporte. Continue on Highway 287 to Highway 14. Travel west on 14 for 52 miles to the Long Draw Road. Turn left and travel 11.3 miles to the campground. The campground is on the left side of the road.
